Biblical Scripture:
“For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.” —Matthew 25:35-40

The Faith Story: Hands that Crochet & Bodies that Sleep
Community members and friends have been hard at work on these sleeping mats — which are strong and thick and waterproof for our neighbors without secure housing.
We’ve prayed a blessing on the hands that crocheted them and on the bodies that will sleep upon them. They were taken to the Purple House, a home for the homeless, on Stone School Rd. from which they will be distributed.
