Desert Bloom

Desert Bloom was about when I saw the desert terrain outside of Phoenix Arizona in July 1984 for ist time.  The breathtaking view just before sunrise NW of Phoenix.  Many plants and rocks can be seen because the temperature at 7:00 am was well over 110 degrees.

Lava Flow (on the back)

This picture is about the lava flows near the Hawaiian Islands back in the late 60’s when I was there. One can see all the colors and intense thermal heat rising up at an excess of 1,600 degrees.
