This colorful painting done in acrylic was done in acrylic paints.  The grassy painting was done to help portray the intensity of the orange/yellow sunflower petals among the leafy green stalks and leaves which may be difficult to view at times.  The sunlight is located in the upper NE corner and the waves of the ocean also play a significant play of intermingling colors and forms.  The whitish light brown vase stands out in relation to the blue/green ocean water and the waves of ocean ? with the sunlight.
